What began as a coaching assignment became a life-changing journey that challenged his assumptions about performance, leadership, identity, and purpose in sport. He will speak candidly about what women’s rugby has taught him, why it matters deeply to South Africa’s sporting future, and what must change for the women’s game to truly flourish.
